JimJim: I have no idea what the bleautec is. As long as the Poly40 is non foaming, non metallic you, should be fine. Whatever you added to the pool made it cloudy. For future reference, only follow closing instructions with either SLAM at closing, or normal levels with Poly60 at closing. No other magic potions.

Beautec is for scale prevention only in winter. Doesn?t have anything in it that will hurt the plaster or levels. They use it for startup on plaster pools. I used it last year I really feel it saved me from getting scalexwith my new plaster so I used it again this year. It clouded up up because of the poly 40 and itself. One is positive and one is negative the scale company told me. It clears up in a few days he said. Another builder down down south of me uses it in all his closings for scale on plaster. Thats all it does. I think im good though. Catanzaro said: JimJim: I have no idea what the bleautec is. As long as the Poly40 is non foaming, non metallic you should be fine.
